You can create your beautiful photo projects without an active internet connection in the Desktop clients. For ordering your final product you will need an internet connection of course.

The shipping costs vary according to product you order. The cost of shipping is calculated dynamically when you order and you may be given some options for different shipping providers

The amount of time it takes to deliver your order will depends on how long it takes to produce the items you've selected, and which shipping method has been used. When you place an order, you'll be given an estimated delivery date.

Promotional codes or vouchers are applied in the shopping cart. Put your items into the cart, then type your code into the box and press "Redeem gift certificate" and your voucher will be applied immediately.

During the checkout you can define your shipping and billing address individually.

In order to check the current status of your orders, click on the "order history". You must be logged in to view this page.
